We’re seeking a Switchgear Project Manager with expertise in medium- and high-voltage switchgear projects who is eager to lead teams and drive project excellence without sacrificing personal balance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee switchgear design, procurement, installation, and commissioning projects.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact, managing multiple high-level client relationships with professionalism and technical insight.

• Mentor and develop project teams while driving quality, safety, and efficiency across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PMP or PE .

• 5+ years of experience managing medium- or high-voltage switchgear projects.

• Strong knowledge of switchgear design, standards, and installation practices.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-service skills.
