Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEpic Pools, Inc. is a leading provider of high-end residential and commercial swimming pool designs and construction services. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality, innovative designs, and outstanding customer service. **Key Responsibilities:**- Oversee and manage all aspects of swimming pool construction projects from start to finish.- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.- Ensure all construction work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.- Lead and mentor a team of construction workers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. **Qualifications:**
-Experience in swimming pool construction a must- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role, preferably in the swimming pool industry.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.- Familiarity with construction management software (Structure Studios) and tools.- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed. 
**Compensation:**
$75,000 Annually plus performance bonus and Company Vehicle
