Eight Versa is looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Sustainability Consultant to join our Environmental Assessment team. The purpose of this role is to grow and nurture client relationships whilst delivering sustainability solutions and providing bespoke services including BREEAM Assessments at the design and post construction stage.

You will be based in our London office with a multi-disciplinary team of consultants who provide holistic services that are exemplary in their breadth and design.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support with the delivery of BREEAM for submission to BRE at the design stage and post construction stage
- Assist with the delivery of planning applications and sustainability reporting
- Attend client meetings to provide sustainability advice and be the point of contact for our portfolio clients
- Undertake business development as a matter of course, expanding our reach and client base by promoting our services with existing and potential clients
- Develop connections within the industry
You will be someone who:
- Has experience carrying out BREEAM Assessments
- Is highly organised
- Has experience managing multiple projects at once
- Can frame a problem/request, synthesise information, ask the right questions, and pull-out insights to inform decision making
- Has the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
What we offer:
· Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + discretionary bonus
· Holidays: We want you to relax, you’ll have 24 days off (20 holidays plus an extra day off to enjoy your birthday as well as three additional days off at Christmas) plus bank holidays, throughout the year.
Time off entitlement will increase to 29 days pa after 2 years’ service (25 holidays plus an extra day off to enjoy your birthday as well as three additional days off at Christmas) plus bank holiday.

· Work from home (abroad) - to support a team member’s need to visit family etc. in different locations, it is possible to work from home – abroad on an extended basis. Once a year it is possible to be out of the office for 4 weeks. This can comprise 2 weeks annual leave and 2 weeks working from home (abroad).
