Overview

The Supply Chain Sustainability Analyst supports the company's global sustainability and compliance programs by managing data and reporting for Scope 3 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, conflict minerals, and supplier sustainability compliance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, Corporate and Local EHS leaders to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and to advance the company's sustainability goals throughout the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and SQL-based database tools and a solid understanding of sustainability and supply chain concepts.

Reporting

Reports to Corporate Sustainability Manager; they may also work under direct supervision of other EHSS management functions as well.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Supply Chain Sustainability Software: Benchmark/Gensuite; Product Stewardship annual supply chain outreach campaigns and data collection processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain supplier emissions data to support annual Scope 3 GHG reporting.
  • Lead development of emissions reduction strategies and progress tracking.
  • Manage the company's conflict minerals reporting program in alignment with SEC and OECD guidance.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely conflict minerals declarations (CMRT, EMRT).
  • Maintain audit-ready records and assist in third-party verification processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier adherence to sustainability, human rights, and environmental compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to address non-compliance findings and corrective actions.
  • Creating and leading supplier training and engagement for sustainability expectations and reporting tools.
  • Build and manage sustainability datasets using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent data tools.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate key sustainability metrics and performance.
  • Prepare internal and external reports for ESG disclosures, CSRD and customer inquiries.
  • Assists with management of company Business Characterization database to include all company owned/leased assets globally. Provides management of change updates as necessary to ensure system remains current.
  • Partner with Corporate EHS and local site leaders to align supply chain sustainability initiatives with company-wide environmental goals.
  • Provide analytical support to Sustainability, Legal and Procurement teams on emerging regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Assists with EHS & Sustainability policies review and development of associated guidance documents and training materials.
  • Develops and delivers Environmental Management Information System (EMIS), EHS, Sustainability and Product Stewardship training modules.
  • Utilize the Sustainable Development Reporting System (SDRS) software for collection/validation of representative Sustainability metrics applicable to Amphenol's decentralized business structure to support Corporate Social Responsibility reporting.
  • Assist with the content review and layout of Amphenol's annual Sustainability Report.

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of corporate ESG reporting frameworks (GHG Protocol, GRI, SASB, IFRS)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across departments and regions, including running web-based meetings and large-scale webinars.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Power BI, and Tableau Data Visualization Software
  • Familiarity with Sustainability regulations such as EU CSRD, CSDDD,
  • Familiarity with Sustainability ranking platforms (RBA, ECOVADIS, CDP)
  • Familiarity with Gensuite Product Steward Software and SQL database management tools
  • Capable of multi-tasking and flexibility for frequently shifting priorities
  • Initiative-taking, driven, comfortable leading and processing ambiguous situations
