What You'll Do
- Build and develop Python scripts for automated data processing and contact list management
- Create and optimize ETL processes for client contact lists across multiple data sources
- Automate survey deployment workflows across multiple channels (email, SMS, and paper/mail merge)
- Configure and enhance CRM workflow rules and database integrations
- Develop automated validation systems to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot processing errors
- Optimize survey delivery rates through technical analysis and process improvements
- Implement database management solutions for contact list processing and validation
- Engineer automated solutions that streamline survey operations and reduce manual intervention
What you bring to the table (required qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Python scripting expertise for automation and data processing workflows
- Advanced Excel skills with complex data manipulation and analysis capabilities
- Database and ETL experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes
- CRM workflow configuration abilities and automation experience
- Strong systematic thinking with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Process optimization mindset with ability to identify and implement technical improvements
- Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination
What's in it for you (comp & benefits):
- Starting pay is between $70k to $95k per year / depending on experience.

Our Work-From-Home Arrangement:
- You must work from your primary residence located within 35 miles of our office so you can easily attend team-building events that occur throughout the year. You must have reliable internet service at home (minimum speed of 10MB download/5MB upload). You must have a dedicated workspace at your home that is free from distractions just like you would if you worked from our office. Beyond Feedback provides all the computer equipment you need to be successful.
- The business hours and regular schedule for this role is 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.
