Support Program Manager For Adults with Developmental Disabilities - Antelope Valley & Surrounding Areas

Join us as a Quality Assurance Training and Coordination (QATC) Program Manager!

We’re looking for a compassionate and inspiring person to manage a caseload of 10-15 individuals with developmental disabilities, by coordinating quality person centered care through quality training and coordinating of staff.

Employment Information

  • Location: Antelope Valley, Palmdale, Lancaster, & Surrounding Areas

  • Full-Time: $22-$24 / hour (DOE)

  • Mileage reimbursement

  • $10/month cell phone stipend

Your Responsibilities

  • Train Staff

  • Ensure Service Quality

  • Monitor Daily and Monthly documentation and timekeeping

  • Facilitate regular meetings with individuals and staff

  • Communicate with circles of support

  • Attend meetings with service coordinators

  • Maintain open communication with Regional Center and service coordinators

  • Cover open Shifts if necessary

  • Communicate with and monitor staff to ensure the quality of care and service we provide to participants

Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

  • Has Management / Supervisory experience ( but not required)

  • Bilingual is a plus!
