Support Engineer / Maintenance (Part-Time)
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support post-implementation
- Troubleshoot bugs and resolve user-reported issues
- Maintain system patches, updates, and enhancements
- Prepare system monitoring and uptime reports
Qualifications & Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's in IT or related field
- 3 5 years in technical support or software maintenance
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Familiarity with cloud-based support tools and remote diagnostics
