  • Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support post-implementation
  • Troubleshoot bugs and resolve user-reported issues
  • Maintain system patches, updates, and enhancements
  • Prepare system monitoring and uptime reports

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's in IT or related field
  • 3 5 years in technical support or software maintenance
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based support tools and remote diagnostics
