Job Title: Supply Quality Engineer

Client: Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company

Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Location: Horicon, WI 53032

Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality for PDP, production & CI projects
• Perform FMEA, DPAR, Control Plans & Design Reviews
• Conduct supplier audits & risk assessments
• Drive 8D corrective actions & root cause analysis
• Resolve supplier quality issues
• Manage RGA, SCR & supplier improvement plans
• Interpret drawings, schematics & GD&T
• Analyze quality data using SPC & statistical tools
• Support Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement
• Work with Engineering, Manufacturing & Supply teams

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent
• 2+ years in Quality, Manufacturing or Supply Management
• Experience with:
  • FMEA
  • SPC
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Six Sigma
  • NCCA
• GD&T & engineering drawing interpretation
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Supplier Audits, DPAR & Design Reviews
• SAP-PAG / SAP-PDM
• Process Verification or Special Process Audits
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Experience with Riding Lawn Equipment or Utility Vehicle manufacturing
