Realizing their growth is outpacing their current approach to planning, we are searching for the right individual to come in and build a formal Supply Planning process. It’s a unique mix of tactical and strategic—rolling up your sleeves to drive master scheduling, while also shaping the cross-functional process.

Position Description:

  • Re-engineer, implement and manage a best-in-class supply chain planning process to help improve service levels and fill rates.
  • Develop a feasible rough cut capacity plan and set distribution / inventory goals for finished goods.
  • Responsible for associated process development, standardization and continuous improvement in areas like Supply Chain Optimization, Produce to Demand, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Leverage strong leadership to build relationships with sales, marketing, operations, new product development, procurement, and executive management.
  • Cross-functional collaboration across the organization to drive supply chain projects.
  • Protect the financial performance of the strategic business unit by identifying potential supply chain issues.

Background Required:

  • Highly energetic individual with at least 7-10 years of supply chain planning (including supply planning, production planning, MRP, capacity planning, etc.) experience in a high-volume supply chain.
  • A strong business acumen with the ability to establish trust / relationships quickly.
  • Effective use of ERP/MRP planning applications such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, D365, etc.
  • Proven track record of success in similar role.
