Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Benefits:

• Base salary: $60,000–$80,000

Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations management within a manufacturing environment
• Proven success leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles
• Hands-on ERP experience managing BOMs, Item Masters, production scheduling, and inventory control
• Skilled in supplier negotiation, cost reduction, and maintaining inventory accuracy to support on-time production
• Adept at driving process standardization, KPI tracking, and data accuracy during system transitions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead change and influence buy-in across departments

Supply Chain Systems Implementation Manager Background & Skills:

• Green Belt Certification in Lean or Six Sigma
• Prior Syspro or Epicor ERP experience
• Experience implementing SOPs and process documentation in a manufacturing setting
• Background in mechanical or industrial equipment production
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives and improve operational efficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business, or related field
