Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA leading specialty converter of adhesive tapes, films, foams, and engineered materials is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to join their team. In this DIRECT HIRE role, you will oversee our logistics, purchasing, receiving, and inventory control operations while ensuring efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods throughout our facility. The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership in a manufacturing supply chain environment. Monday - Friday schedule and a base pay of $60,000 + based on experience. Strong benefits available.
Supply Chain Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Procurement, Receiving and Inventory Management
• Manage purchase orders for raw materials, tools, and MRO supplies
• Evaluate and maintain supplier relationships based on cost, quality, and reliability
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve delivery, pricing, or quality issues
• Implement FIFO and organized storage standards
• Perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and reconcile inventory data
• Coordinate outbound shipments with proper labeling, documentation, and packaging
• Communicate with logistics partners (UPS, FedEx, LTL) to ensure timely deliveries
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Customer Service to meet company goals
• Maintain accurate ERP records and communicate changes in real time
• Schedule, train, and develop warehouse and logistics staff

Supply Chain Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of supply chain or purchasing experience in manufacturing environment
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• Proven supervisory and hands-on experience in a warehouse or production setting
• ERP system proficiency (e.g., Microsoft GP, SAP, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with ISO/IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 standards; and APICS certification helpful
