Ergon's Supply Chain Program is a structured, hands-on summer designed to give students real-world exposure to the energy and specialty solutions industry. Interns will learn key disciplines of Customer Support, Supply & Distribution, and Analytics. This program provides exposure to people, processes, and problem-solving, with mentorship and professional development aligned to Ergon's culture of "Doing Right" and investing in talent.
Key Responsibilities

Build knowledge of Customer Support, Supply & Distribution, and Analytics functions through assigned operational tasks.

Build competency through a shared project bridging support and operations based on real business needs.

Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to understand supply chain processes end-to-end.

Take part in program milestones, including professional development workshops, networking events, community service, and industry training sessions.

Prepare and deliver a capstone presentation to Ergon leadership highlighting accomplishments, learnings, and recommendations.
Basic Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Completion of sophomore year by May 2026.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Available for full-time from May 18 – August 12, 2026.
Qualifications

Prior , co-op, or relevant project experience in supply chain, operations, or energy industries.

Demonstrated leadership experience in campus organizations, community involvement, or team projects.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.

Interest in pursuing a career in supply chain or operations within the energy sector.
