Job Description:
Responsibilities:

*** Proficient in Mandarin as they need to communicate with the team in China***

  • Own and manage rolling 45+ week demand forecasts for assigned categories, incorporating business insights and channel inputs.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, inventory turnover,and aged inventory.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on forecast assumptions and proactively adjust to minimize surplus or stockouts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between U.S. and China HQ teams for production allocation, delivery schedules, and escalation management.
  • Support and improve CPFR processes to strengthen collaboration with retail partners.
  • Generate both routine and ad hoc planning reports to support internal and customer-facing teams.
  • Lead or contribute to planning automation and process efficiency projects.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and support operational excellence across the function.

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain planning.
  • Consumer electronics or retail industry experience strongly .
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; comfortable working across time zones and with international teams.
  • Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Salesforce familiarity with POS analytics tools (e.g., Alloy, Power BI) a plus.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and navigating ambiguity with a solution- oriented mindset.
