Creating passion: yourresponsibilities

• Governance and program planning:Own and operate the global SCRM process in close collaboration withthe Risk Management Product team. Develop and maintain the SCRMprocess aligned with business needs, security risk appetite andcompliance obligations.
• Contractual Security Requirements:Define standard cybersecurity requirements for contracts andcollaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure their adoption forhigh-risk suppliers.Review and approve exceptions to standardsecurity clauses based on risk-based justifications.
• Supplier Risk Classification andTiering: Implement supplier risk tiering and classificationframework based on criticality, data access, regulatory exposure,and inherent risk. Ensure consistent application of the tieringmodel and conduct periodic reviews to adjust for changes in thethreat landscape.
• Supplier Assessments and SecurityAssurance: Oversee the planning, scoping, and execution of suppliersecurity assessments, including onboarding and recurring reviews.Manage external assessment providers and ensure timely,high-quality outputs.Track remediation plans for non-compliantsuppliers and escalate unresolved risks.
• Operational Oversight: Maintain acentral inventory of suppliers with risk tier classification, riskposture, and assessment status. Monitor and ensure SLA adherence ofmanaged service providers conducting risk assessments andaudits.Serve as the central point of contact for business units,Legal, Procurement, and Compliance regarding supplier risk issues.
• Continuous Improvement andReporting: Analyze trends and findings from supplier assessments todrive service enhancements and efficiency. Report key riskindicators and metrics and support internal or external auditsrelated to third-party risk. Support regulatory reportingrequirements related to suppliersecurity. 

Contributing your strengths:your qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s inCybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of working experience ininformation security, IT security or related roles.
• 5+ years of working experience inmedium to large organizations in supply/third party risk managementroles.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM,CRISC are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of governanceframeworks related to supply chain risk management NIST CSF,SP800-161, ISO 27001 as well as Familiarity with VS-NfD and NIST SP800-171 requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managingexternal assessmentproviders. 
• Demonstrated ability to managestakeholders across IT, OT, engineering, and executive leadershipin complex environments.
• Highly desirable: experience inproduct ownership and service delivery using SAFe (Scaled AgileFramework) or similar agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills in English and German is aplus.
