This role is ideal for early-career professionals with experience or exposure to materials, supply chain, manufacturing, NPI, or hardware programs who enjoy working cross-functionally and managing cost, schedule, supplier, and product deliverables.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Manage and deliver program financial and cost models, including BOM/MVA, tooling, and NRE.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to establish program cost and schedule targets at the commodity level.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of components to support NPI and production builds.
- Coordinate across diverse internal teams to drive program execution and minimize escalations.
- Track actual costs and program milestones against targets, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Participate in and lead NPI meetings to understand the cost impact of engineering and process changes.
- Work with third-party suppliers to establish product purchase order costs and manage supplier relationships.
- Drive SOW and product/supplier contract negotiations.
- Manage purchase price variance claims and schedule delays related to engineering changes, component obsolescence, and forecast variance.
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to develop cost-reduction forecasts and achieve program financial goals.
- Support executive product-line reviews by communicating performance against budget, target cost, actual cost, and schedule.
- Serve as the business owner for key supplier relationships supporting major modules and final assembly.

Must-Have Skills

- 0–2 years of experience in materials, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, engineering, or program/project management.
- Experience or academic exposure to BOMs, components, materials, costing, procurement, or supply chain processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers.
- Some technical knowledge or exposure to hardware products; electrical or mechanical experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
