Supply Chain Planner
This Supply Chain Buyer/Planner supports all core functions of the supply chain department, including purchasing, planning, forecasting, analysis, customer service, and warehouse coordination. This role ensures accurate production schedules, maintains inventory targets, supports supplier relationships, and provides reliable backup coverage for key supply chain positions when needed.

Requirements of the Supply Chain Planner
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment involving material planning, distribution, production, or scheduling required
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Made to Manage but not required)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze data, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Planner
• Extract and analyze ERP data to build and maintain accurate production schedules
• Evaluate plant capacity to confirm schedule feasibility and support sales and inventory targets
• Manage customer forecasts and maintain optimal inventory levels for key parts and finished goods
• Create, track, and receive purchase orders for assigned suppliers
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to prevent constraints and support on-time supply
• Provide routine KPI and inventory reports, including aged and obsolete material
• Support product launches by ensuring required materials are available

 

Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $80,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience
