Supply Chain Operations Analyst (Hybrid – San Antonio, TX)
Pay Rate: $33/hour | Contract-to-Hire | M–F 8:00am–4:30pm CST

We’re seeking a sharp, Excel-proficient Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join a dynamic supply chain and operations team supporting internal and external customers in a global healthcare organization. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule—in-office Monday through Thursday, work-from-home Fridays.

Supply Chain Operations Compensation & Perks

Supply Chain Operations Responsibilities

  • Monitor and coordinate customer order fulfillment and shipment timelines

  • Analyze large datasets using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF statements)

  • Act as the main point of contact between regional teams, planning, and internal customers

  • Investigate and resolve order delays, errors, and pricing discrepancies

  • Improve operational workflows and order tracking visibility

  • Escalate high-impact issues and support cross-functional collaboration

  • Proactively drive continuous improvement and supply chain performance

Supply Chain Operations Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or High School Diploma with 5+ years of experience

  • 2+ years working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, SRM, etc.)

  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or customer operations

  • Strong Excel skills – must be tested (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, IF statements)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets

Supply Chain Operations Background

  • Healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical supply chain experience

  • Strong experience with root cause analysis and process optimization

  • Ability to work independently and communicate with cross-functional teams
