The Role:

This position is responsible for the coordination of supply chain master data (item, production BOMs) from the new item setup to release to production, subsequent changes, and into sunset/discontinuance. The MDA will perform the data entry and management of master data into and through the respective business systems, including but not limited to the Portal, Syspro, UniPoint, SharePoint, and any other tools that may be incorporated into the business process managing the master data. The position will play an integral role in maintaining master data integrity and one version of the truth. The MDA will assure accurate, timely review and processing of change / change request based on priority, expediting changes to finalization and distribution while assuring compliance with the SOP.

What You Will Do:

• Creates, maintains, and manages material master data in Syspro for materials in all categories as needed including configuration activities.
• Create, maintain, and manage production and procurement master data including BOMs, Purchasing Information Records and resources as part of the materials data governance process.
• Coordinate regular reviews of key material master data.
• Maintain metrics to document performance of the materials data governance and specification business processes.
• Perform material master-data-related configuration.
• Responsible for coordination of change control process.
• Receive, analyze, and process daily Change Orders.
• Collaborate with functional leads to resolve problems with change orders.
• Manage simple change request projects using established change control process.
• Support project leads in coordinating change control on complex change request projects.
• Critically evaluates each suggested change to avoid the disruptive effects of change.
• Responsible for all Syspro companies- ensures that master data definitions and requirements are aligned across all Syspro companies.
• All other duties that may be assigned by manager.

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration of master data and specifications, document control, configuration management, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with BOM structures and management of master data
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
• Good attention to details
• Organized and able to handle a variety of complex tasks
• Effectively communicate with personnel at all levels
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range:

$70,000 - $84,000

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
