Supply Chain Manager – Drive Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Performance

Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing and procurement across North America. This role ensures a steady flow of materials to support production while optimizing supplier performance, cost, and quality. You’ll drive sourcing strategy, strengthen supplier partnerships, and lead a high-performing purchasing team focused on operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the purchasing team
• Manage the full procurement cycle—from sourcing to contract negotiation
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements
• Analyze spend and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance to align purchasing priorities
• Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor scorecards
• Champion sustainable sourcing practices and process improvements
• Utilize ERP systems to forecast material needs and maintain inventory levels

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• ERP system proficiency and data-driven decision-making
