Location: LaGrange, GAPay: $120,000-130,000
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Purchasing Team, reviewing priorities and performance.
• Manage the full procurement cycle—from sourcing to purchase order placement.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Negotiate favorable pricing, delivery, and payment terms.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, finance, and sales to forecast material needs.
• Identify and implement cost reduction and process improvement strategies.
• Monitor vendor scorecards and address underperforming suppliers.
• Utilize ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX) to streamline purchasing operations.
• Support sustainability initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management or purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree .
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 ).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Nice to Have:

• CPM, CPIM, or CSPC certification.
• Experience training others on AX or Dynamics 365 systems.
• Background in contract manufacturing or vendor management.
