Salary Range: $111,537.58 - $167,306.37 annually.
Starting Range: $111,537.58 - $129,421.97

About the Job:
The CMC Supply Chain Manager manages the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. This role Implements a strategy to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs. The Supply Chain Manager leads coordination activities with procurement, production, and inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain. Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in the supply chain. Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance. Assures timely and cost-effective procurement of materials resulting in industry leading quality and customer service levels
What You Do:
- Oversee a team of buyers/planners/analysts.
- Coach, develop, mentor and continuously measure team performance.
- Build and monitor team metrics to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Identify, qualify, onboard and monitor supplier performance.
- Identify and execute cost reduction and margin enhancing activities, including make vs buy and outsourcing decisions.
- Negotiate supplier agreements that achieve cost, quality and scalability goals.
- Subject matter expert on MRP system parameters and inventory stocking policies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to regularly update sales forecasts.
- Minimize disruptions to the production floor by ensuring a steady flow of materials.
- Create Master Production Schedule that balances customer and CMC needs.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management required.
- APICS Certification is
- 5-7 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for production planning, supplier management, and supervision of Buyers.
- A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the qualifications listed above and that provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
