Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: County Durham

Salary: Competitive + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday



Job Description:



As the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll:



* Report directly to the UK Supply Chain Manager and form part of the UK operational leadership team.



* You’ll manage the production and materials scheduling functions, ensuring operational efficiencies, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance.



* You’ll lead the design and implementation of a robust S&OP process, develop 18-month rolling forecasts, and ensure alignment with material purchasing and stock strategies.



* As Supply Chain Manager, you’ll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and key customers, driving improvement initiatives to achieve world-class service levels.



Skills & Experience:



* Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing environment.



* Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge (Epicor ).



* Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.



* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.



* Experience driving continuous improvement and S&OP processes.
