Location: Trottäcker 24–26, Bad Säckingen, 79713, Germany

Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Bad Säckingen. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across our manufacturing and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the supply chain team, including warehousing, logistics, and transport operations.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Travel to our other site in Germany (approximately a 6-hour drive away) up to 3 days per month.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Supply Chain Manager in either:
• A manufacturer supplying parts to the automotive industry, or chemicals industry.
• Proven experience directly managing teams in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or transport.
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Based locally or willing to relocate to the Bad Säckingen area.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
