Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

I am looking to hire a full-time Supply Chain Manager for a reputable manufacturing company here in Milwaukee WI (53224). This role will be a permanent position and is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $150k - $165k + Benefits

Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Holidays, PTO, Tuition Assistance, HAS, Short-term . Long-term , Profit Sharing

Schedule: M-F, 7am - 4pm or 8am – 5pm

Remote: Yes, 3-days remote per week

Travel: Yes, 5% of time

Job Responsibilities:

• This role oversees the planning and coordination of all supply chain-related strategies and activities. Including- corporate strategic initiatives, functional structure, policies, projects, and talent to support the goals of quality and the overall goals
• Standardize planning, procurement, & stocking practices across all North American sites
• Lead HTNA vendor management program, quoting/pricing negotiations, & driving YOY cost savings initiatives across the procurement function of the sites
• Provide leadership to all supply chain functions across all North American sites

Must Have:

• Bachelors Degree in Material and supply management or other business
• APICS Certification Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
• 7+ years of increasingly responsible professional supply chain experience in purchasing, production planning, inventory
