The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is partnering with a fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturer to hire a Supply Chain Manager!

This innovative company is investing over $200M to expand its manufacturing capabilities—doubling its capacity and introducing next- production technologies.

This is a newly created role on a dynamic team that's scaling rapidly. The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in building and optimizing planning, procurement, and inventory systems to support both clinical and commercial product lines. With the rollout of SAP B1 and the launch of new manufacturing technologies, this is your opportunity to lead critical supply chain initiatives in a complex, highly regulated environment.

Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required
• 7+ years of supply chain experience in a regulated manufacturing setting (pharma or life sciences a plus)
• Familiarity with SAP (or similar larger ERP) and advanced Excel skills
• Proven success managing materials, demand planning, and purchasing in fast-paced operations
• Strong communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset
