Job Title: Supply Chain Lead – Aerospace

Location: Windsor Locks, CT (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Lead to drive strategic initiatives, supplier development, delivery assurance, and work transfers in the aerospace industry. This role involves leading projects end-to-end, managing supplier relationships, ensuring quality/timely delivery, and overseeing a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain projects, budgets, and supplier commitments.
• Lead supplier assessments, improvement plans, and root cause analysis.
• Handle team operations (hiring, reviews, approvals).
• Coordinate work transfers, RFQs, and cross-functional approvals.
• Ensure compliance with Lean/Six Sigma and aerospace quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business (Master’s a plus).
• 5–8 years in aerospace supply chain/supplier development.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma, ERP (SAP ), and project management skills.
