Supply Chain Graduate Administrator

Major supplier of ambient fruit-based chilled products, with its commercial operations based in Hammersmith, are rapidly growing - and in order to support this growth they are now seeking an Supply Chain Administrator.\n\nThe Supply Chain Administrator will report to the Supply Manager.\n\nThis role is to provide support to the Supply Chain, assisting in sustaining all activity, with the aim to develop and be involved in selected projects.\n\nThe main responsibilities of the role will be:\n\n· Responsible for all orders processing\n\n· Be the principal interlocutor for the customers’ at depot\n\n· Liaise with customers and logistic suppliers to manage the delivery discrepancies\n\n· Report discrepancies with improvement plan\n\n· Analyse the reason for the wastage, and recharge back the suppliers regarding the agreed terms and conditions\n\n· Responsible for all invoicing\n\n· Responsible for understanding wastage levels and then manage the sale of wastage to a broker at a ‘good ‘price, or destroy it with cost efficiency\n\n· Report on department KPI’s to include service Level, wastage and invoicing lead time\n\n· Manage stock coming from our factories into the continent\n\nThe successful candidate will have experience of working or studying within the Supply Chain and therefore will be aware of the expectation to be professionally mature and be able to demonstrate the ability to influence, convince and motivate others within the business and within retailer partners.\n\nYou should be commercially aware with a very real understanding of the personal attributes that are required to succeed in this position to include, tenacity, working to challenging deadlines and in a changing environment with the ability to problem solve and bring thought out and creative solutions using limited resources.\n\nThe individual will be driven by practicality and have an excellent communication style.\n\nSkills:\n\n· Strong communication\n\n· Excellent practical thinking , attention to detail and interpretation of data\n\n· Hard working , highly organized and efficient\n\nLocation\n\n· The role is based full time in West London (Hammersmith)\n\nCompany Package:\n\n· Market Leader in their products and sector\n\n· Health care single cover\n\n· Permanent Health Insurance\n\n· Company pension contribution of 6%\n\n· 25 days holiday + Bank holidays\n\n· Company sick pay\n\n· 4 x Death in Service\n\n· Wellbeing initiatives\n\nMonday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
