Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for overseeing inventory management, outbound logistics, and operational support within the supply chain function. This role ensures accurate stock levels, efficient shipment processing, and effective coordination of materials and systems to support overall business operations. The position also requires hands-on warehouse support, including forklift operation

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods
• Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Conduct regular cycle counts of raw materials and finished goods to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor and replenish supply items to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
• Provide support and troubleshooting assistance for shipping software systems
• Maintain and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with production requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, production, and purchasing) to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory, shipments, or documentation
• Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within supply chain operations
• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and organize materials as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
• Familiarity with Amazon seller requirements or product certification processes is a plus
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory systems and shipping software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Support product certification processes, including preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with requirements for Amazon and other marketplaces

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Ability to lift, push, and pull materials (up to 50 lbs as needed)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday

Skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Understanding of inventory control practices and cycle counting procedures
• Knowledge of Bills of Materials (BOM) management
• Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments

Work Environment

• Warehouse and/or office setting
• May require standing, walking, and occasional lifting
• Exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures in warehouse environments
