Supply Chain Coordinator

Hybrid Role: 2 x's a week in office (ONLY)
The Supply Chain Coordinator will report to the Supply Chain Director and will be instrumental in managing day-day supplier communications with an emphasis on tying together production scheduling, on-time order fulfillment, inventory management, data entry, and freight forwarding.
Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service.

Monitor demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Coordinate procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance tracking.

Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, warehouse, and retail teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

Evaluate COGS trends, quantify their effect on overall savings, and report upcoming cost-saving milestones to the CEO for board discussions. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

Work closely with the Quality team to verify Certificates of Analysis (COAs), formula sheets, and product documentation, ensuring full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Contract Manufacturers, vendors, and external partners.

Conduct risk assessments to anticipate supply chain disruptions (e.g., supplier delays, geopolitical risks, tariffs) and implement mitigation strategies.

Forecast long-term capacity needs and support scenario planning to align supply chain capabilities with growth objectives.

Support the Supply Chain Director in cross-functional projects that align supply chain initiatives with new product launches, promotional activities, and market expansions.

Administer inventory management systems, ensuring accurate item setup, timely order placement, and coordinating warehouse replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
