Job Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of customer-related activities, including unit scheduling and placement, inventory management, DSC labeling, purchasing, and direct communication with customers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination:
- Develop and manage daily/weekly schedules for carrier-related activities.
- Coordinate timing and placement of units to support production and delivery timelines.
- Unit Placement & Tracking:
- Oversee the physical placement and movement of carrier units across the site.
- Track carrier inventory and ensure units are staged appropriately for operations and shipments.
- DSCS Labeling:
- Ensure accurate labeling of all units per DSCS and customer specifications.
- Maintain labeling logs and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory of carrier units and related materials.
- Conduct routine counts and reconcile discrepancies in real time.
- Procurement & Supplies:
- Identify and initiate purchase orders for carrier materials or related operational needs.
- Work with vendors and internal procurement to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to carriers.
- Communicate delivery timelines, inventory status, and issue resolution professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:
- 18 years of
- Able to Pass a Drug Test
- Legally Eligible to Work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher .
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with inventory or labeling software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification
