Supply Chain Analyst - Supply Planning & Production Execution

Overview

HydroJug is hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to support supply planning and execution. This role is responsible for managing POs to suppliers, tracking production progress, and ensuring on-time delivery of finished goods to the warehouse or customer. The analyst will play a critical role in ensuring product availability and meeting delivery deadlines across a fast-moving, seasonal product portfolio. This role supports manufacturing, supplier coordination, and internal production visibility to ensure alignment with demand.

Responsibilities

• Issue and maintain supplier purchase orders based on approved demand and inventory plans

• Track production schedules, supplier confirmations, and shipping readiness for all active POs

• Monitor and update delivery timelines and proactively escalate delays or risks

• Coordinate with logistics on factory handoffs, transit tracking, and inbound receiving

• Ensure ERP data is accurate across PO quantities, costs, and expected arrival dates

• Align with the product and operations teams on launch schedules and supplier constraints

• Assist with capacity planning and raw material tracking if applicable

• Support supply input into the S&OP process and ensure clean execution from plan to delivery

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in supply planning, procurement, production coordination, or logistics

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities; ERP experience (NetSuite or equivalent)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with manufacturing lead times, PO lifecycle, and supplier communication

• Ability to manage detailed timelines and collaborate across departments
