What would this role do?
The Supervisor, Systems and Onboarding Operations plays a critical role in supporting an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of HR operations. This role oversees key HR systems and manages the background check process for new hires, ensuring it is efficient, compliant, and positively reflects 360BH’s brand.

Role Responsibilities (Here’s what it takes)
- In collaboration with the SDPOST, oversee daily operations of core HR systems (HRIS), including system configuration, user access, data integrity, data updates, and reporting
- Partner with SDPOST, IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate employee data, compliance with internal controls, and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Create and manage standardized reporting to support business needs across the partner lifecycle
- Oversee the execution of all background check processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards
- Partner with third-party background screening vendors and address any delays or escalations
- Lead and develop a team of onboarding administrators, providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, and performance feedback
- Establish clear workflows and service-level expectations for processing candidates efficiently through the background check and clearance process
Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent related
- experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG)
- Experience with background check processes and third-party screening vendors
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software
- Passion for the ABA field and a commitment to supporting children and families
