Supervisor
Millwood is accepting applications for the Supervisor position. The job responsibilities include assisting with hands-on physical labor and the operation of machinery with the goal of streamlining company production and the upkeep of customer satisfaction. you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, managing production equipment, and implementing safety procedures.

Position summary:
Oversee our manufacturing operations as a Plant Supervisor in the manufacturing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all production processes run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production goals and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Duties include:
- Must observe all safety guidelines and protocol.
- Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams.
- Delegates production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
- Place production orders from customers
- Conduct safety audits and implement safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees.
- Manage production equipment and ensure that it is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Provide safety training to employees and ensure that they are following OSHA safety regulations.
- Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure that production goals are met
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and inventory control to optimize production processes
- Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and workplace safety procedures
- Experience with inventory control and lean manufacturing principles
- Related experience is .
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic math skills

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug test
- You must be 18 years of
- Physically able to lift 50lbs as needed
- Physically ability to stand, bend/stoop, kneel, lift, reach and other physical tasks during an 8-10-hour shift.

- Ability to understand and complete job tasks accurately

Starting Pay Rate: $50,0000.00-$70,000.00 based on experience

Monday to Friday
