10 pm – 6 am , Supervisor/Machine Operator: Based on experience. OC: $17/hr
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor/Machine Operator and a 3rd Shift Quality Control (QC) associate to join our growing team in Elkhart, IN. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in manufacturing or production environments and a strong attention to detail.
· Previous experience as a supervisor, machine operator, or quality control technician (required).· Strong leadership and communication skills.· Proficient with PC/Windows, basic typing, and internet use.· High attention to detail and ability to follow directions.· Basic math and measurement skills.· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.· Willingness to work 3rd shift as scheduled.
Responsibilities of position
· Supervise and lead a team of up to 10 employees.· Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.· Train and mentor team members to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.· Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.· Maintain accurate documentation and production reports.· Communicate effectively with team members and management.· Follow all safety and company procedures.· Use a small die cut sample press (clicker) and weighing scale.· Cut, inspect, and prepare samples using scissors and other small tools.The JobSquad Solutions Team is made up of experts around the country.
