We’re looking for a Travel Commercial Superintendent. A construction-minded leader who takes pride in doing it right, leading from the front, and building something that lasts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Travel the country to some of the most exciting sports venues across the U.S., leading teams that install:

• Large diameter poles
• Cables and netting
• Specialty materials unique to each project

You’ll work alongside dedicated sports construction technicians with grit, skill, and heart. Ensuring every project is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

When you’re not on-site, you’ll mentor crews, solve challenges before they become problems, and represent Empire’s commitment to excellence.

You’re a builder at heart, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by progress.
You’ve got leadership in your blood and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty beside your crew.
You enjoy life on the road, traveling from one big project to the next, watching your work rise in stadiums and sports complexes nationwide.

And when the work’s done, you know how to enjoy the journey, golfing, fishing, hunting, racing, or spending time with family.

What You Bring:

• Construction leadership experience (fence, netting, or sports field work a plus)
• CDL Class A (or willingness to obtain)
• OSHA 30
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel nationwide
• A positive, loyal, and team-driven mindset
