Superintendent/Project Manager - Civil/Land Development

Location:

West Palm Beach, FL

Rapidly growing land & site development company based in Palm Beach County specializing in both Residential and Commercial land clearing, earthwork, underground/utilities, drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution and roadway projects is looking for a driven

Superintendent/Project Manager

with

experience “in the field”

for large residential community land development projects in the area. Family-owned organization with cutting-edge leadership offering fun, team-oriented, flexible culture.

Responsibilities include define scope and budget, manage bid and permitting process, analyze job cost, review change orders. assess profit and loss of jobs, lead teams, drive schedule within budget, acts as liaison to clients, and ensure compliance of specifications, regulations, and best practices. Conduct

site visits (approximately 20%)

to monitor progress and resolve issues

Must have 5+ yrs experience in civil construction or land development; related degree . The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong leadership and communication skill. Must be computer savvy (MS Project & Excel) and possess a stable work history.

Salary: $120K-$150K

+ 15%-20% bonus ***(don’t let salary deter you!!)
