Superintendent – Healthcare Construction

Austin, TX

Target Pay: $100-120K plus discretionary bonus

We’re partnering with our client on a direct-hire opportunity for an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily on-site operations for complex healthcare construction projects. This role ensures safety, quality, and cost control while meeting aggressive schedules and minimizing disruptions in active medical facilities.

The ideal candidate has extensive healthcare construction experience, including ICRA, interim life safety measures, and specialized MEP coordination. You’ll lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain compliance with strict safety and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee jobsite safety, quality, and productivity.
• Plan and manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate closely with hospital staff and trade partners.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare construction protocols.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communication.

What You Bring:

• Proven superintendent experience, healthcare construction strongly .
• Knowledge of ICRA, safety regulations, and specialized MEP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
