We are seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Superintendent to lead and manage healthcare construction projects across South Carolina. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely project delivery
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and healthcare-specific standards
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively
• Travel to various project sites across South Carolina as needed

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and long-term tenure in previous roles
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction protocols and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects across the state
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
