We are seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Superintendent to lead and manage healthcare construction projects across South Carolina. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on healthcare construction sites from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and healthcare-specific standards
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues proactively
- Travel to various project sites across South Carolina as needed
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and long-term tenure in previous roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare construction protocols and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple projects across the state
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
