Oversees all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards and building codes. This role coordinates subcontractors, manages site schedules, and maintains quality control throughout the construction process. Estimating and pricing knowledge helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction operations from start to finish.

• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries.

• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.

• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation (daily logs, progress reports, change orders).

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, clients, architects, and engineers regarding progress and issues.

• Ensure quality standards are met on all phases of the project.

• Detailed oriented.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent or in a related construction supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and safety regulations.

• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Similar to Buildertrend).

• OSHA certification ().
