WE ARE SEEKING A SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEER DIVISION MANAGER TO BE BASED OUT OF OUR DOYLESTOWN, PA OFFICE

JOB SUMMARY

Oversee SUE Operations, ensuring deliverables prepared by all team members are accurate and meet SAS Geospatial’s high-quality standards. Collaborate with clients to ensure project requirements are integrated in all deliverables. Candidate must have comprehensive working knowledge of SUE practices and guidelines.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily operations of the SUE Team.

• Maintain communication with existing and prospective clients to establish project specifications, time frames, and provide updates.

• Responsible for writing proposals and handling deliverables.
• Ensure SUE Team adheres to agreement requirements and deadlines.
• Participate in and/or lead safety discussions and briefings.
• Report on the status of open projects to Senior Management.
• Train new hires, and mentor/motivate members of the SUE Team.
• Be informed and adaptable to emerging technologies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• 5+ years of utility locating experience
• Supervisory, training and project management experience a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is highly desired.
• Possess good interpersonal, and effective written and oral communication skills.
• Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be able to pass background check and drug tests.
• Evening/overnight work is occasionally required.
