Job Title: Subcontract Gas Breakdown Engineer \n\nLocation: Brighton/RH\n\nDay Rate: £250 a day\n\nContract Type: Private Customers\n\nHours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5.30pm\n\nAbout the Role\n\nSkilled Careers have a fantastic opportunity for a GAS Service AND Breakdown engineer, working with private housing customers which of course would be suited, but is not limited to engineers with a private customer and contract background. \n\nThe company in Question, we at Skilled Careers are representing, hold great respect and review amongst thousands of their own current or former employees, along with thousands of their continually serviced customers across the South East of England. They are looking for nothing more nor nothing less than committed, hard-working and experienced gas engineers, who take pride within their gas work, day by day, for what is such a vital job role in our country!\n\nAs a Domestic Breakdown Engineer you will help deliver between BN & RH Postcoodes and will be carrying out repairs on social housing or private housing properties. Engineers must be able to complete the breakdown from diagnosing to fitting relevant parts.\n\nEngineers will be required to:\n\nCarry out Safety Checks and Gas Boiler Services\n\t\nDiagnose faults in Boilers\n\t\nRepair and part fit Boilers\n\t\nProvide effective customer service\n\nEngineers must provide:\n\nACS Qualifications – Cookers and fires essential\n\t\nA full driving licence AND Van\n\t\nRight to work in the UK\n\t\nOwn tools\n\t\nA DBS check\n\t\nFGA calibration certificate\n\t\nMinimum £2Million Public Liability\n\t\nGas Safe Registered\n\nPlease call if you are interested in any other Gas Engineer positions, or know anyone who would be, as you will be rewarded for anyone you refer to us, who start with us and work a particular amount of time in doing so.\n\nTo be considered for the position, discuss salary further and in particular your current work situation, please email a copy of your cv across to (url removed) or call Breeze Mitchell (phone number removed)
