Job Description
We are working with a leading, London based, Interior design agency to help them find a Studio Manager/PA.
This is a key support role in providing PA support to the MD as well as ensuring that the studio functions in a smooth way on a daily basis.
On the PA side, you will support the MD in terms of managing diaries, meetings, travel, etc as well as handling email correspondence and preparing presentations and meeting notes.
You will provide operational support; communicating with suppliers, meeting and greeting visitors, helping with project workflows and logistics, and ordering daily office supplies through to processing purchase orders, and collating invoices. You will be the daily point of contact for all suppliers, contractors and collaborators.
Booking and onboarding freelancers, along with IT Support liaison will also come under your remit.
This is an exciting opportunity and requires an individual with a strong PA and studio support background, someone who is quick and keen to learn, is enthusiastic, has the skills to multi-task and is a real people person.
