Support the backbone of our commercial operations in a dynamic and sustainable business
Shell Low Carbon Solutions Biogas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student assistant to join our Contract Management Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-
on experience in contract administration and commercial operations within a global leader in sustainable energy. You’ll be part of a collaborative and professional team that values development, precision, and innovation.

Your tasks will include:

Assisting with administrative tasks related to contract management

Uploading contract data and documents into contract management systems

Supporting KPI tracking and contract performance monitoring

Assisting with invoice control and validation processes
-
Documenting processes and contributing to tool development and optimization
-
Assisting with the collection and review of sustainability documentation from suppliers
-
Ad hoc support to the Contract Management Team
We imagine you have:
-
At least 2 years left of your studies
-
A structured and detail-oriented mindset
-
Strong skills in Excel and general IT systems (experience with contract or ERP systems is a plus)

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
-
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude

Interest in commercial operations, procurement, supply chain management and compliance, sustainability, contract administration, or business administration
You are likely studying a relevant field such as business administration, economics, or similar. Prior experience with contract management or invoicing is an advantage but not a requirement. Most importantly, you bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, is required.
