Now Hiring Structural Welders | $20–$24/hr

This is a great opportunity for entry-level welders with at least 1 year of hands-on experience looking to grow in a fabrication shop environment supporting the oil and gas industry. You’ll gain experience working on custom structural builds—not repetitive production.

What You’ll Do

• Weld heavy structural steel (skids, platforms, pipe supports, equipment bases)
• Read blueprints and weld symbols
• Ensure weld quality (penetration, strength, appearance)
• Inspect and correct welds as needed
• Use grinders and basic fabrication tools
• Follow safety standards and meet production deadlines

Weld Test

• 3G Plate (MIG, full pass)
• 4G Plate

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-the-job welding experience
• Ability to pass 3G & 4G tests
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Experience with structural steel and fabrication tools
• Reliable and open to overtime
