Structural Stick Welder-Houston, Texas

We are accepting resumes for an experienced Structural Stick Welder for an Industrial Construction company. You must have at least 5 years minimum working experience performing stick welding. Working knowledge of welding stainless steel and aluminum is a plus. Must have the ability to fit structural steel. Have solid skills in the use of hand, power tools and cutting torch. Experience in fitting and the ability to rig structural steel and equipment is a must.

Experience of occasional operation of all or some of the following types of equipment is required: Cherry picker, carry deck, forklift, man-lift, etc.

Reliable transportation is a must for this position.  Employees do not perform work at shop. 95% of the work in on clients work sites, which are located throughout the Houston area.

Selected Candidates will be required to take and pass a hands-on welding test.
