Welding & Fabrication

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding and trade-specific equipment for optimal performance.

• Interpret work orders, blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to determine requirements and specifications.

• Select appropriate machinery, materials, and operational sequences based on project needs.

• Perform welding and inspection tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Use precision measurement tools to maintain proper dimensions and alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding and metal processing experience (FCAW, MIG)

• Ability to pass 3g FCAW weld test

• Performs basic welding tasks under supervision

• Reads simple blueprints and weld symbols

• Performs basic equipment maintenance

• Demonstrates foundational math and safety knowledge
