Structural Tower Climber

We are looking for an experienced Structural Tower Climber to join our team. This position involves structural modifications and repairs on telecommunications towers, including monopoles, self-support, and guyed towers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural tower modifications and repairs

• Install steel, reinforcement plates, mounts, bracing, and hardware

• Drilling, bolting, cutting, grinding, and basic rigging

• Read and follow structural drawings

• Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and PPE

Requirements:

• Tower climbing/structural modification experience

• Comfortable working at heights

• Basic rigging and construction experience

• Ability to travel and stay out of town as required

• Valid driver’s license

• Tower climbing/rescue and First Aid/CPR certifications but not required

• Welding Certification is a plus
