Role Overview



Join a dynamic engineering team as a Structural Technician, working on CAD/Revit-based drawing projects and supporting the technical delivery of engineering work.

Create high-quality engineering drawings using CAD and 3D drafting tools (e.g., Revit/BIM)

Support the BIM Manager with developing BIM protocols and training documentation

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians

Visit sites as needed and respond to queries

Manage time efficiently to meet project targets and KPIs

Provide technical support to engineers and fellow technicians

Keep up to date with design tools, software, and industry standards

Collaborate professionally within the project team, and contribute to technical decisionsWhat We're Looking For



HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Hands-on experience producing CAD and BIM drawings

Confident use of 3D drafting tools

Detail-focused, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
