You will aid our designer teams in verifying our structures according to building codes and standards for both onshore and offshore projects.You will be part of our vision to drive innovation and development with high competence within our field and work agile and efficiently in a diverse set of projects!How You’ll Make an ImpactYou have an interest in product development, and would like to work with computer simulations, such as compiling finite element models in our simulation software(s) and perform post-processing analyzing the mechanical integrity of our structures such as static strength, stiffness, stability, and also long-term characteristics such as fatigue.Work in an environment with exciting and diverse assignments within the mechanical integrity field together with a team of experienced structural engineers, delivering results to projects either with technical reports and/or presentations in technical reviews.Together with a team of mechanical designers, actively contribute with cost effective solutions adapting to market and customer needs.Be at the forefront developing new methodologies streamlining our way of working such as developing and maintaining in-house scripts in Python and Matlab.What You BringYou have a passion for technology and find challenges motivating. You like to tackle technical problems and are analytical in your way of working.You are a team player, organized and structured with a good sense of prioritization to efficiently deliver results in time.You have experience in the Finite Element method either by courses or practical experience. Experience in Abaqus, Hyperworks, Ansa, Ansys, Matlab and/or Python would be an advantage.You have good communication skills, as the role include building tight relationships with internal and external customers as well as performing presentations in technical reviews.Degree or equivalent experience within mechanics, applied physics or similar.Good English language skills required, both oral and written. Swedish language is meritorious.
