Ciarra Construction is seeking a Structural Steel Site Foreman to direct and supervise field crews safely and efficiently, while accurately executing steel erection activities. Foreman will be a hands-on, working, leader translating the Superintendent’s plans and work closely with the Project Manager to help coordinate day-to-day crew performance, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met.

What you’ll do:

·       Lead crews, assign tasks, and keep work on schedule.

·       Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily toolbox talks.

·       Oversee quality of welds, bolts, alignment, and fit-up.

·       Communicate and coordinate daily with crews and Project Management.

·       Manage material handling, tools, and equipment.

·       Track crew hours and report progress daily.

·       Verify field measurements and flag discrepancies.

·       Mentor and train crew members.

What we’re looking for:

·       Structural steel experience, preferably in a management role.

·       Knowledge of steel erection practices, rigging, and crane operations.

·       Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity.

·       Ability to read drawings, perform layout, and verify field dimensions.

·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
